Letter From Our Founder

From the Founder

When I began my career in real estate over twenty years ago, I promised myself I would never take shortcuts. Clients deserved more than easy answers or half measures. They deserved someone who would do the hard work, ask the tough questions, and always tell them the truth—even when it wasn’t what they wanted to hear. That commitment has been my guiding principle from day one.

In my early years as a solo agent, I did everything myself—every showing, every call, every detail. It was a lonely and exhausting way to work, but it taught me that preparation is everything. The more thorough the process, the better the results. Later, as I built systems and added support, I discovered how powerful it was to have the right people in the right roles. Suddenly, clients weren’t just getting me—they were getting a polished, seamless experience where nothing was overlooked and every opportunity was maximized.

That belief in preparation and precision is the foundation of Turnstone Advisory. For sellers, it means staging and positioning each property so it reaches its highest potential. For buyers, it means uncovering hidden opportunities and guiding them with clear, candid advice. At every stage, we turn over every stone to ensure no detail is missed and no opportunity is left unexplored.

But the heart of Turnstone Advisory is our people. Every member of this team was chosen with care. Skills and experience matter, but the most important qualifier is character. To join this team, you must be a genuinely good person—someone who values integrity over shortcuts, honesty over convenience, and service over self. No deal is worth compromising our values.

What began as a one-person practice has grown into one of the top teams in the country, but the promise remains the same: to treat every client as we would a member of our own family. With Turnstone Advisory, every move is intentional, every detail is prepared for, and no stone is ever left unturned.

Sincerely,
Greg Mire
