Annika is a savvy negotiator, attuned listener, and multitasker extraordinaire.  All you could ever want in a professional partner when making one of the most important decisions of your life – buying, selling or renting a home. Relentless in achieving goals, she tailors the real estate experience to every client’s needs, providing information, support, and guidance every step of the way.

Born in the San Francisco area and raised in Colorado, Annika graduated with a BS degree from the SI Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. She started her career at MTV in ad sales and moved to freelance film production. As a pre, post, and on-location Production Supervisor for nearly a decade for major production companies all over the world, she was tasked with managing multimillion-dollar production budgets and tight deadlines.

A resident of Cobble Hill for over 12 years, Annika is a Brooklyn expert and has personally owned two properties there. She has also lived in Manhattan and Queens in the 18+ years she’s called NYC home.  In addition to her role as a real estate agent, Annika is a licensed fitness instructor with The Bar Method at their Cobble Hill studio. She is married with two school-age children, and two adopted kittens. In her free time she enjoys frequenting local restaurants, bike riding in Brooklyn Bridge Park with her family, cooking, movies, and traveling back to Colorado to enjoy the great outdoors.   New York City is her home, and she is committed to helping others find their special piece of the city too.
